Rain Relaxations

Dear followers,

I know there is already a blog entry where I talk about me sleeping with the Sounds of the Earth Thunderstorm. But I just need to tell you once more about how wonderful it is to sleep in the rain. It's amazingly wonderful. I know that some of you are begging to know how this works exactly and I can only tell you the basics.

Step One: Be sure to have rain or rainy music with you at the time of your rain meditation or sleep. This can be found Here (Youtube) or Here (Youtube) or Here (Download - Paid)

Step Two: Once you have your rain, be sure to be relaxed. Sit on a pile of pillows, a comfortable sofa or on your bed. 

Step Three: When you are comfortable, put on the rain sounds. Make sure you can hear nothing else, but do make sure you do not disturb those near to you.

Step Four: Imagine the rain. If you use a laptop for the rain sounds, try to find a rain video. If your imagination is good enough, try finding yourself looking out of a window towards the rain. Open the window and smell the rain. The more details you can imagine, the more effect it will have.


Step Five: Relax. Take deep breaths and try to fall asleep (if that is your goal) or try to meditate. You might have to repeat this for several times before you get the wanted effect.
