Cooking shows - Really?

Dear readers,

Since me and Aron have been together, whenever he sits around on the sofa, he watches Television. He watches not the usual like cartoons or Nat. Geo or Discovery, no, my boyfriend/fiance watches cooking
shows. We have an entire cooking channel, 24Kitchen and he just watches it, day in day out. It doesn't drive me insane, but it kinda equals soft porn from him. He makes the same noises and drools a lot.

Now I really don't mind him watching those cooking shows, and of course, by times I even enjoy watching it. We watch different shows with different chefs and see a lot of delicious meals come by. The only problem I have with him watching these shows is that he constantly tells me random facts. Like in the UK there is only one day they have Pancakes or Did you know Olive Oil is good for you hear and makes and excellent shaving cream.

You know, talking about Olive Oil makes me think of one of my favorite chefs, the naked chef,
 Jamie Oliver
Did you know that Jamie uses a lot of Olive Oil? You can do a drinking game with it. Every time he says Olive Oil you need to take a shot. Well, trust me, you'll get drunk before the 30 minutes are up. But no kidding, Jamie is one of my favorite chefs. I do have a second favorite - an Italian-Dutch chef, named Giovanni Caminita. Who is actually the bass player for some dutch bands and the regular bass player for Marco Borsato. Well, Giovanni makes a lot of jokes about everything and nothing and he cooks Italian, which I have to admit, is still my favorite food country in the world. (Besides Belgium for the chocolate).

Well I guess I have to watch more cooking shows. I just wish my boyfriend was a home chef and could cook better than he does now.

Love,

Aledawn
